Congratulations to Carl Ross, one of the outstanding instructors at the Wilcoxen Karate Academy for winning the Lawton Oklahoma 2008 Toughman contest (Lightheavyweight division) and also winning the 2008 Muay Thai Classic Mens Super Middleweight Championship. Additional Aikido classes are also conducted at Wilcoxen Karate Academy. All YMCA members are invited to train there.
